In the aftermath of the inauguration of President Donald Trump, non-Muslim women wearing the hijab (and, less frequently but no less a very real phenomenon, non-Muslim men growing a beard and wearing skullcaps) is a lukewarm, arguably misguided, ineffective, trigger-triggering display of solidarity at best, yet an AWESOME fuck-you to the neo-Nazi establishment. Nazi? I mean, white supremacist… I mean, alt-right. I mean, America First!
